MAKE OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENTS CONSISTENT h ALLOW STORMWATER TO BE PLACED IN VAULTS IN BC PROVIDE PREDICTABILITY FOR SCHOOL IMPACT FEES REMOVE THE CITY'S INCLUSIONARY REQUIREMENT REMOVE THE RESTRICTIONS ON BUILDING FORM OPTIONS TO CONSIDER: APPROVE ORDINANCE AS PROPOSED (ONLY CHANGE IS TO REMOVE PARKING REQUIREMENT) 2. RECOMMEND REDUCING THE PERCENTAGE FROM S% TO 4% 3. CHANGE THE OBLIGATION FROM "LIFE OF THE PROJECT" TO "SO YEARS" 4. COMBINE OPTIONS 2 & 3 5.
