Revisions to approved plans due to OwnerlTenant leasing coordination
Dear Becky,
Please find this letter to accompany proposed revisions to the approved Land
Use drawings (original approval date 5/31/12). The revisions arise from Owner and
Tenant leasing coordination and we feel they are minor (the proposed addition to Bldg
'l' remains at 20,000 SF).
List of proposed revisions:
Site Plan - 1) added parking at rear (west side) of addition to Bldg 1, 2) revised loading
area from dual docks below grade to one dock below grade and one at grade, 3)
added landscaped island to south of building to allow existing fire hydrant to remain, 4)
centered entry tower at front (east side) of addition to Bldg I and adjusted hardscape,
landscape and parking as necessary.
