Basis of Bearing:
True North. Based upon Global Positioning System (GPS)
Lambert Grid Washington State North Zone coordinates. A
convergence angle of 1°06'06.89B" counterclockwise was
applied at a copper plug in concrete post in monument
case at the southwest corner of Section 9, Township 21
North, Range 4 East of the Willamette Meridian. The
North American Datum of 1983/1991 (NAD 83/91) grid
coordinates were found to be 11B491.658 / 1273293.189 at
that point. The inverse of both the sea level
correction factor of 0.999983520 and the grid scale
factor of 1.000039603 was applied to the grid
coordinates for shown ground distances.
