Revised plans will need toberesubmitted showing all the various new construction features. The architect ofrecord and
the engineer of record will need to review the changes and approve those changes. The engineer of record may want to
evaluate the lateral and gravity loads now that most of the building is gone. 3 copies of the revisions with engineers
calculations and architects stamps will be required. If new walls are being built then exterior weatherization details will
need to be submitted. I don't have the plans in front of me but these are some of the items that stand out. They may
have to include the energy compliance forms as well. I won't know until I perform my review. I am out about 3 weeks on
resubnnitta|sright now asxveare extremely busy.

area with the amount mfrot and demo that vvoare doing. Ultimately we will end upreplacing the existing

structure will not be changing square footage, shape or anything whatsoever that would vary from the appr9ve
plans.
I have copied Brandon Smith, Sean Delay and the Growth and Development team at Dutch Bros so that
eveone is in the looi (*�ke with rann Smith � on this email sGoBdo chain, I
of the situation I also asked hit to assist me with any information that you will require moving forward.
Brandon, I also spoke with Leila at the building department and she had some paperwork that she was
requesting to be filled out. That paperwork is attached as well.
Everyone, please let me know what I can do to help expedite this situation quickly. I am concerned about the
rain that will be coming in about 6 weeks. I would very much like to have the structure it and dried in before
we enter into the wet seastvi..
