The architect ofrecord and the engineer of record will need to review the changes and approve those changes. The engineer of record may want to evaluate the lateral and gravity loads now that most of the building is gone. 3 copies of the revisions with engineers calculations and architects stamps will be required. If new walls are being built then exterior weatherization details will need to be submitted. I don't have the plans in front of me but these are some of the items that stand out. They may have to include the energy compliance forms as well. I won't know until I perform my review.
