debris; install new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, and sink; do the plumbing, and
electricity where needed; new stainless steel appliances will include standard refrigerator,

Bathrooms: demolish both bathrooms and install new toilets, showers/bath, vanities, mirrors, and
bathroom lights: $11,750
Floors: rip out old flooring, install new tile for bathroom and kitchen, and hardwoodfloors for
the rest of the house; we will refinish hardwood floors that are still in good condition: $12,925

Exterior & Intefi-or Mitt: Preparation for work will include pressure washing of all surfaces,
including the gutters, and downspouts. Those areas are to then be painted. Cracks and holes are
to be patched. We will replace loose and missing caulking. Trim will be applied after the paint
job. We will paint deck and outbuildings with the same body color: $6,600

structure has experienced a lot of mold growth. We will strip off and demolish the old roof/attic
framing, structure and plywood, clean up all garbage, and perforrn a deep clean. We will then
rebuild the framing structure. We will also apply a new felt Gator skin synthetic roof
underlayment with extended 25 year warranty. This is a high quality roofing underlayment
designed to protect against wind and moisture. Composition shingles with 30 year warranty will
also be applied. Labor, material, and permit costs: $11,200

add texture to the walls: $4,900
Sidiqg� The previous siding on the house has been discontinued, and can no longer be found in
stores. This means we will need to remove all of the siding, whether burnt or not, so that the
siding matches. We will redo the entire home with new 7" Hardie Plank lap siding for entire
house. Labor and material costs: $5,300
Paint_ I& Two coats of exterior and interior paint for the whole house, including doors, trim, and
molding: $3,700

refrigerator, sink, garbage disposal, cabinets, and granite countertops. New plumbing and
electricity will need to be run: $4,280
