Thank you for taking my call today! e have a vendor who manufactures framing that can be adhered to walls (see attached "Ackland Frames jpg"). We attach the frame to the wall and then stretch a banner to create the signage. The banners can be easily removed and replaced with a new message. I've attached a few samples of what it can look like (Frame On Wall Sample l .jpg, Frame On Wall Sample 2 jpg; & Frame On Wall Sample 3 jpg). I have a business relationship with Jeffrey Jewelers and he asked about doing this. He has passed on the info of the owner of the building who I plan to contact depending on what I learn from you. The building is at 1200 S 424th St Federal Way WA 98003 (see attached street view pic Street View.png). The spot they would like to have this advertising signage is on the side of the building which is visible from the adjacent building's parking lot and also the street (see attached pics - Side Building View jpg and Sideview Just Off Street jpg)• y question is whether this allowable and what size can we make it? Thank you in advance for looking into this.
