After having inspected the tree located behind your property, we have no issues with steps being taken to
trim or remove the tree in question. Based on the lean in the tree, and if the right storm conditions are
present, it is possible that the tree could present some problem with falling in the direction of the backyard
and deck of the property causing property damage.
If any officials at the city need more than this letter, or to speak with the Homeowner's Association in
regards to the above issue, have them send us an email and we can get in contact with them as soon as
possible to answer any further questions.
