Mr. Slisenko,
We have received your Request for Administrative Decision to clear the lot of all dead trees, branches, and debris. You
state that no trees will be taken down at this point. To be clear, do you mean living trees will not be taken down? We
recently issued you a letter that stated there are not critical areas on the site that the City is aware of. Therefore you do
not need to obtain written permission for vegetation maintenance associated with a critical area. Lot clearing is typically
associated with a building permit for development. How large of an area are you planning on clearing for the septic
design purposes?
