The subject parcel is located adjacent to a Geologically Hazardous Area (GHA),, erosion hazard areas, as
depicted on the City's Critical Areas Flap, leer ,Fecteral 11/ay Revisett Cocle (FWRC) 19,145.220(3)z the
Director of Community Development may perinit development activities oil Or within 50 feet of the Of 1;1
if the deve1cpnient activity will not be at risk of darnage due to the geologic hazard and will not lead to or
create any increased slide, seismic, or erosion hazard. The City's records indicate a portion of the site is
encumber with critical areas; however, the records are unofficial and will need to be verified with a
geofCchnical engineering report from a certified professional assessing the site context in order to
determine all potential impacts to the GHA.
