It is a 1702 square foot one level facility with two exits. We will be placing signs at both locations. We have about 55 in attendance regularly. Worship area would seat about 70 The Neil Walter Company that owns the space has approved 20 parking spaces for our peak attendance day which is Sunday. At present we don't plan to have any large gathering of people beyond our Sunday meeting time.We will not be expanding the square footage of the building.The Church scheduled meeting times are listed below. Weekly Meeting Times Sunday Morning Bible Study: 9:15am-10:00am (25 people). Sunday Morning Worship: 10:15am-Noon (60 People). Mid-week Study: 7:00pm-8:OOpm (25 people). Saturday bi-weekly: 10:00am-Noon (10 people). Weekly Office Hours Monday-Thursday: 10:15am-2:15pm (1-2 People). Attached to this with this letter is an aerial photo of the space. I was given this and told to submit by Dave Van De Weghe, AICP Senior Planner.
