Ernie Reinhard is moving forward with his attempt to purchase the vacant Ford dealership site
located at 33207 Pacific Highway South. The site is zoned BC under the current Federal Way
zoning codes.
Mr. Reinhard is proposing to use the site as a "Pit Stop" type service center for trucks and other
vehicles. His concept is forthe drivers to pay a nominal use fee. He Would then provide the

repair tires, light vehicle repair together with short term truck parking, and other services as the
market dictates.
As I have outlined above, will this use be allowed under the BC zoning classification? I would
appreciate a written response, so that Mr. Reinhard is confident in his planned use of the
property.
