The site is zoned BC under the current Federal Way zoning codes. Mr. Reinhard is proposing to use the site as a "Pit Stop" type service center for trucks and other vehicles. His concept is forthe drivers to pay a nominal use fee. He Would then provide the 4�ix-R�091 2 vaCUL11-ning, check and repair tires, light vehicle repair together with short term truck parking, and other services as the market dictates. As I have outlined above, will this use be allowed under the BC zoning classification? I would appreciate a written response, so that Mr. Reinhard is confident in his planned use of the property.
