This is a request to modify the existing UPIII site plan. The specific piece to be modified
will be the location of the monument sign. The sign was approved in the SW comer of the
subject property. The owner would like to propose the monument sign in the NW comer of
the property. This location would better server to identify the actual entrance to both the
Hotel and O'Reilly Auto parts. The sign will remain the same size and height of the sign
which has been previously approved.
