Subject: SEPA needed?
Hi Margaret
I believe you took on Isaac's tasking when he left? We have a maintenance project and I need
to check on SEPA. Would this be you?
The project is maintenance of a berm area. We will be scarifying a couple of inches off the
northern berm/trail that borders Lakota wetlands, scraping the organics from the top side of
the non -wetland side and placing 2 —17" of compacted soil along the berm to bring it back to
original grade. The work is the length of the berm and it'll be about 340cy soil plus another 80
cy crushed 5/8" minus.
We expect no impact and no work to take place within the wetland. zqd
Could you let me know if this requires SEPA?
Theresa
