wetlands, creeks, or riparian corridors.
Vegetation control for view enhancement in a critical area is subject to Use Process I review pursuant to
code interpretation issued in 1997 (see enclosed). Please complete the enclosed application and submit 1
along with the additional information listed below: 1) Site plan with location, species, and size of affect
vegetation; 2) proposed cutting/trinuming action for each affected vegetation; 3) Discussion of methods
used; discussion of long term/re-occurring vegetation control if you desire a long-term solution. Due to
the limited nature of your request, a plan by a certified arborist will not be required. Any soil stabilizing

I applications are reviewed based on an hourly review fee of $73.50 per hour. An initial fee of $73.50 is
collected at time of application, with the balance due upon approval. We would anticipate approximatel
