The Community Development Department is in receipt of your December 7, 2016, letter requesting a
waiver frorn the preapplication conference requirement of Federal WaY Revised Code (FWRC) 19.40.010
fOr y0LII- proposed amendment to the concomitant agreement between Wild Waves Park and the city. In
accordance with FWRC 19.40.030(2)(b), "the applicant is advised in writing that waiver of preapplication
review increases the risk of application being incomplete or that the processing time will be increased."
However, the site has already Undergone review previously. Pursuant to FWRC 19.40.030, Your waiver
request Is approved due to the simple nature of the proposal.

19.85.200. Because the application is for the amendment and extension of an existing
