Marsupials Of Unusual Size(MOUS). Better not to speak of it. We will allow the sign on the district property within the easement.The sign is not considered an off-premise sign as we are considering the access easement to be a part of the subject property,effectively. The other issue that needs to be resolved is potential conflicts with other easements for utilities that exist within/under the ingress/egress easement.We need to see where those easements are so that we can confirm the sign placement will not conflict with them—or receive confirmation from the beneficiary that location on their easement is allowed. They have an apartment complex on a flag lot and would like to locate their sign where the public can see it along S. 317th St.. We have worked with the land owner of the access road and have their permission to place the sign at the entrance the their access road (25th Pl.)and S. 317th St.Would this still be considered a remote location even though it is on a flag lot?
