CONDITIONAL APPROVAL As a condition of approval of the land use extension request, the following Public Works Department requirement must be met: The project's original approval was vested to the stormwater design criteria of the 2009 King County Surface Water Design Manual (KCSWDM). City adoption of the 2016 KCSWDM took effect April 24, 2016. In order to maintain consistency with regulations set forth in the city's National Pollution Discharge and Elimination System (NPDES) municipal stormwater permit, the applicant will be required to design all stormwater systems and facilities utilizing the criteria of the 2016 KCSVY'DM. We worked hard to move in, at the same time researching on how to proceed with granted Master Land Use Permit. Unfortunately, time is flying out and we are really close to the time when Permit may expires. We are planning to begin use of the the permit in year 2018. Currently we are working with Civil Engineer regarding the land development plans. Due to existing market condition, all Civil Engineers are very busy and were unable to complete any plans this year. Please consider our circumstances and extend Master Land Use Permit for above referenced project/property.
