I work for Remax Select property management. We manage a duplex in Federal Way. We are
trying to get Section 8 approval however there is only one address listed on tax records, even
though it states it's a duplex, and of course it's the other address/unit that we are trying to
get approval on
King County housing authority is telling me that they need to have documentation in writing from
the City of Federal Way that this is a legal duplex. Can you help me with this?
I've attached the the tax record which lists 29411 18th Ave 5 as the duplex address. 29413 is
the address we are trying to rent out Section 8. Thanks in advance for your time and help.
