CONDITION
The applicant will be conducting the business as an office use and no wrecked vehicles may be stored
at the yard.

1. The applicant's property is zoned Commercial Enterprise (CE). Office use is permitted within the CE
zone per Federal Way Revised Code (FVVRC) 19.240.080.
Ft. AutoBidMaster WA, LLC, is an authorized broker for Copart and needs a motor vehicle wrecker
license in order to act as a broker in the state of Washington. AutoBidMqster buys wrecked vehicles
and sells them to 3rd parties without bringing vehicles to the subject property.
3. No storage or maintenance of vehicles related to the wrecker business is permitted as the auto
wrecking is not allowed in this zone (or the city). The applicant will occupy an office in the current
building only.
The applicant's place of business is in compliance with all land use ordinances provided the above
condition of approval is met.
CLOSING
This determination does not waive compliance with existing and/or future City of Federal Way codes,
policies, and standards relating to this proposal. A business license with the City of Federal Way is
