So. in Federal Way. We have been approved for our retail development we submitted to the city, but since the retail market is still down due to the recession, we might be interested in doing a couple different things with our land. Wondering if you can provide me a better sense of what would be needed if we switched gears: Scenario #1: Construct a self storage facility on the site, opposed to our retail development. It looks like we're zoned for a self storage facility on our site, and we might be able to fund this use much better than retail. I'm wondering if we would have to start from scratch in regards to land use meetings etc., or, if we can modify our existing civil drawings, along with a full set of new plans for the self storage buildings? Can you also speak to the time frame for both? We would most likely have two multi -story buildings, as it looks like the city's code doesn't allow for a building to be larger than 30K sq. ft. Scenario #2: Clear the land and run a mobile concrete business from there, while we still move forward with pre -leasing for the retail development. This would solely be during the interim basis.
