BUILDING INFO CDS
The building located at 33438 1st Way South has previously been home to both a church and professional offices.
We intend to use the space in the same capacity.
The building is comprised of three levels and nearly 5,000 SF:
Lower level —several professional offices, a large handicap accessible bathroom, exit door leading out to the
side of the building to the Northwest.
Main level — several professional offices, a reception area, a large handicap accessible bathroom, exit door
leading out to the front of the building to the West, exit door leading out to the back of the building to the
East.
Upper level — one professional office, two large open rooms, two bathrooms, exit door leading out to the side
of the building to the Northwest and an exit door leading out to a balcony on the back of the building to the
East.
Parking directly surrounding the building is generous and shared (although at peak times for our9 services,
patrons will visit our facility nights and weekends). Parking exists on all sides of the building, with a nearby
adjacent lot to the Northwest rarely ever used, as well as additional parking in adjacent lots to the Southeast
rarely used (during the business day or otherwise).
Exits for the building are multiple, and clearly marked from the inside.
The building in and of itself is very spacious, open, and the applicant does not intend to fill the building to what
could be capacity (in line with square footage), but to use it comfortably for its patrons without crowding.
Applicant will make no structural changes to the building, only aesthetic interior (paint, decorating, furnishings,
etc. - making for a pleasing space).
Approximately 2/3 of the building will be used for professional offices (occupied by one person), approximately
1/3 of the building for group gatherings (under 50 people).
APPLICANT INFO
Applicant has tenants leasing and will have tenants leasing professional offices in the building which are all
wedding related businesses. Such businesses include a seamstress/custom bridal gowns, floral designer, make-
up artist, honeymoon travel coordinator, wedding coordinator, and more.
Applicant conducts weekly prayer/religious small group meetings for married women (see
www.warriorwivesunite.or ).

Applicant contact (Tami Butler) provides spiritual counseling for married couples, and will also bring another
Christian marriage counselor on -site to assist with counseling services and holding marriage enrichment classes
for small groups.
