The zoning designation for the site is "BC" ,VW,Xflvfu-tllL-311'0'inlM;Mg%,an-dAii,ersonnel. wireless facilities are an allowed use under Federal Wa&"i v, Code (FWCC) Section 22-762. Currently, there are I I existing antennas on the top array of the wireless tower. Of those 11 existing antennas, 7 are to be replaced with similarly sized antennas and 4 will remain as -is. The proposal also calls for the addition of I additional antennae within the existing bank of antennas on the top array. The replacement of the 7 antennas may be done without a Land Use Process review as it would be considered routine maintenance/repair and is exempt under FWCC Section 22-966. The additional antennae on the existing bank of antennas, however, must be reviewed under a Land Use Process I administrative approval. The Land Use Process III normally associated with the development of PWSFs to this case as the intent of the code was for new service facili structures or major modifications to existing sites. The Land Use Process I will be used to determine whether or not the development standards of FWCC Section 22-967 are met in terms of whether or not the new antenna panel creates a substantially more adverse visual impact. I believe the one additional antenna is the larger size antenna. I mistakenly said there are six existing antennas. Actually there are 11 existing antennas, 7 of which will be replaced, 4 will remain as is, and one antenna will be added for a total of 12 after the proposed modification.
