The city clerk determined the order of appearance by a random number generator. Each
applicant will have up to ten (10) minutes to introduce themselves and provide their
background or credentials. Following introductions, the applicant will be asked one question
from each Councilmember. After the applicant has answered all questions, there is up to
ten (10) minutes for clarifying questions and wrap-up statements.
