Dear Mr. Farrar:
This letter is regarding the April 4, 2011, conversation we had about the outdoor storage display area in
front of the Lowe's store, at the above -mentioned address. You had asked if the display of storage sheds
would be allowed east of the garden center, as indicated in area "C" of the enclosed outdoor display area
plans, received January 29, 2007.
The new Lowe's store was given Process III Land Use Approval on June 27, 2006. As a condition to the
approval, prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant was to resubmit the "Outdoor Storage Plan"
for approval. The city received the requested plans, and the building permit was signed off on January 30,
2007. As stipulated on the plans, outdoor display and sales will be limited to no more than two months
per year. Areas "A", `B", and "C" items will be displayed the first two weeks of April, last two weeks of
May, first and last week of July, and last two weeks of August. No further action needs to be taken on
your part as long as the conditions set forth on the Outdoor Display Area Plans are followed.
