We discussed the ownership of the properties. According to the legal decriptions submitted Mr. D.L. Gunner and Denise P. Gunner and Mr. Ben R. Davis and Carol J. Davis have ownership in the Rendel property. Please provide documentation to show full ownership has been granted to the Rendels otherwise we will need to have the Gunners and Davis's sign this boundary line adjustment. Also Barnard's stamp on sheet 2 has expired. We will also need a photo mylar copy (both sheets) of the the BLA document for recording purposes. Below are the comments from the committee. A redlined copy of the drawings, along with pertinent comments, has already been forwarded by Jeff Sharp, of the Public Works Department, for your review. The Federal Way Building Department and Fire District have no comments regarding this proposal. The Federal Way Water and Sewer District notes that water service is available along 16th Avenue South and will be affected by this proposal. Additionally, sewer service is available along Pacific Highway South and will also be unaffected by the proposal. The boundary line adjustment does not create any conflicts with provisions of the Federal Way City Code with respect to zoning requirements.
