Comments: GeoTest was on site as requested to perform special inspection during placement
for the slab -on -grade and footings at Building I. Reinforcing steel was inspected on 8/9/2022 -
see GeoTest report IR003. The three outstanding items noted in that report were adequately
addressed. Holdowns were not cast in place. Superintendent with Arcon, Jeff Crepeau, stated
that they would be post -installed and he will contact GeoTest for special inspection during the
installation.

Concrete was placed via boom pump and mechanically consolidated at the footings and the
slab -on -grade was finished by hand and with a power screed. Superintendent indicated that
the slab -would be saw cut later today and wet cured for several days.
Arcon was made aware of our results prior to departing the site.
