Hours of Proposed Work: 10pm- 6am
Description of Proposed Work & Equipment Involved: Electrical cutover on an existing Sprint Cell Site.
We will be transfering the power from existing equipment to new equipment. After the cutover, we need to confirm that the cellular equipment is operating
properly. There will be approximately 6-7 personnel on site. There will be no heavy machinery. We will use battery operated power tools, one small
generator, and light sources.

Reason proposed work must be completed outside of regular work hours:
This work will require a temporary service outage on Sprints Cellular Network. The work must be
completed at night to minimize the impact to commercial and private customers.
Provide a brief explanation why the work will not be detrimental to nearby properties:
We will not be operating heavy machinery. The work we will be doing will not result in loud noise. All
risks of noise are mitigatable through respectful and professional conduct.
