If they have to cover or pave, and the new roof/pavement is 2,000 SF or more, then it's our'standard' comments - Flow control required for the new impervious surfaces. If over 5,000 SF new impervious were to be installed, then it's Flow Control for the new impervious, PLUS Water Quality for the entire site. My guess is they won't be required to cover or pave, correct? One observation (and question): Their little aerial -photo 'site plan' shows the front of the fenced tire storage area to be 50-feet (or more) from the front property line. However, I have a topo and boundary survey that the owner had submitted for a prior pre-app, and it shows the old, existing fence to be about 58 feet from the front property line. Looking at the site photo's, the new tire area fence sections look to be about 10-12 feet in length, which would mean that the front of the tire storage fence would be about 34-38 feet from the front property line. Do they need to have the tire area set -back 50- feet or more from the front property line?
