No access to 47th Avenue S.W. will be granted. 17. Owners of Lots 28 and 29 shall develop a private joint access. EASEMENTS PROVISIONS AND RESERVATIONS An easement is hereby reserved for and granted to the City of Federal Way and M. & T.
