A DNS was issued on May 3, 2019, for the project and no SEPA mitigation was required. A SEPA appeal was filed on June 7, 2019. A SEPA Addendum is necessary for the revised proposal due to the increase in building size from 161,280 to 164,386 square feet and number of parking spaces from 681 to 690. For reference, the building height is decreasing from 57.5' to 54.5'. No new or substantially different environmental impacts are anticipated. NOTE: There is no comment period for this addendum per WAC 197-11-625.
