The current zoning for the subject property is zoned "Office Park 1" (OP-1), and is subject to the Concomitant Pre -Annexation Agreement 94-102 between Weyerhaeuser Company and the City of Federal Way adopted on August 23, 1994. The subject property is currently regulated pursuant to Concomitant Agreement 94-102, Section IIIA.
