CONDITIONS:
1. Prior to anv €grading. excavation, or earthwork activities that disturb on -site soils, remediation of
impacted soils under PBS Engineering and Environmental Inc. (PBS) supervision is required.
2. Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, confirmation sampling that Decision Units 2 is beljw
DOE's Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) Method A Cleanup Levels (CULs) is required.
3. Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, landscaping approved for the project shall be installed
and inspected. Contact Senior Planner Becky Chapin at 253-835-2641 or becky.
chapin@cityoffederalway.com to schedule an inspection.
4. No Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO, or final Certificate of Occupancy (CO) will be granted
until after all street frontage improvements have been constructed, and final acceptance granted by the
Public Works Department.
5. Prior to CO, the owner shall record the deed that dedicates to the City the 30-foot wide strip of
property along the SW 327th Street frontage.
