Policy Question:
Should the City Council amend Title 3 of the Federal Way
Revised Code to provide increased flexibility for an MFTE
applicant to submit an application any time prior to the
issuance of certificate of occupancy?
1. Proposed changes to the timing for submitting
an application —this is a procedural change only
2. Non -substantive clean-up edits
Process
Current Code (FWRC 3.30.060(6): before the earlier of (a) an application for a land
use approval process under FWRC Title 19, and (b) an application for a building or
other construction permit under FWRC Title 13.
Proposed: Prior to issuance of TCO or C of O
