Contractor shall give Talasaea Consultants a minimum of ten (10) days notice prior to beginning construction. 2. No construction work shall commence until there is a meeting between the client, Talasaea Consultants, general, clearing, and/or earthwork contractors, and the landscape contractor. The approved plans and specifications shall be reviewed to ensure that all parties involved understand the intent and the specific details related to the construction documents, specifications and site constraints. 3. Locations of existing utilities have been established by field survey or obtained from available records and should be considered approximate only and not necessarily complete.
