Documentation shall also include suppliers name, contact person, address, telephone number, botanical and common name, plant size and size of container or ball. 1.13. Contractor shall provide a signed statement from the plant suppliers who have furnished the plant materials identifying the plant materials being supplied by botanical and common names, plant size and stating that all of the plants supplied by them are in healthy growing conditions meeting the asns. 1.C.
