• Apr. 18: Adoption of Resolution setting public hearing date on the renewal
June 6: Public hearing on the renewal of the proposed District
— Adoption of Resolution renewing the Steel LIVID and calling for a vote by
affected property owners
June 7: Ballots sent out to affected property owners to vote on renewal
June 27: Voting deadline; votes tabulated with a majority in favor of renewal

Options Considered:
1. Approve the proposed resolution approving and confirming
the special assessment roll for the Steel Lake Management
District Number 1.
2. Do not approve the proposed resolution and provide
direction to staff.
Recommendation
The Mayor recommends Option 1.
