The contractor, developer and geotech engr. shall attend. Obtain rockery permit from the City. 2. Install the silt fencing along the edge of the wetland buffer and along the toe of the fill as shown on the approved plans. - 3. Designate and prepare a construction access from 25th PI. S. 4• Construct the quarry spall construction entrance. 5. Remove existing' uncompacted fill as identified by the geotech. engineer. The geotech. engr. shall approve all proposed fill soils. 6.. Remove the existing sewer and storm systems along bottom of the existing slope. Raise the MH s and CB s along the main pipes running down the slopes. 7. Prepare the existing slope by cutting the benches into the native slope soils, beginning at the bottom of the slope. 8. Begin placing compacted lifts of fill along the prepared slope. 9. Begin placing the reinforced fill along the south end of the slope while simultaneously constructing the rockery. Do not encroac into the wetland buffer. 10. Place imported, structurally compacted soil under future building pads while placing less desirable material east (downslope) of the building pads. All fill shall be placed and compacted per the geotechnical engineer's recommendations. 11. Install sewer main, side sewers and drainage piping along east side Of future lots. 12.' Stabilize new slopes by hydroseeding or mulching. 13. Remove the temp. erosion control measures after approval and clearance from the City inspector.
