My comments on this proposal is the concern for the traffic that uses the
driveway to the west of the main store. Is the addition going to replace
the present restaurant on the west side? Or will it be in addition to the
present footprint?
Traffic there is always busy and we usually use the west side of the store
to access 1st avenue light instead of using the light at 348th.
