A5 a foliowup to our discussion please note the following in regards to the beams;
Needs to be installed per plan &4)(1IL
l�Substitute it for 4x12 due to the smaller door size and lower ceiling heights than was given to me by the architect
3,4,5,7,11,12,15 Field Change is approved
8, Needs to be installed per plan
14, Not required, existing metal beam is sufficient to bear the weight of the upper floor
The point loads on the basement wall need to be installed but due to the width restrictions imposed by the stairs, (3) 2x6 can be
substituted by a (1) 4x6. (You can change the direction of the 46 to fit your current stair width)
For the Footing the (3) 2x4 and (2) 2x12 beams already installed are fine.
