The Department of Community Development hereby approves the BLA based on the survey drawing prepared by Touma Engineers & Land Surveyors submitted on June 18, 2018. BACKGROUND The applicant proposes to alter the interior lot lines between parcels in the Residential Single -Family (RS) 9.6 zone. Proposed Parcel A is 103,246 square feet and Proposed Parcel B is 62,172 square feet (minus access easements), thereby meeting the minimum lot size of 9,600 square feet. Both proposed Parcels A and B contain single-family dwellings that meet minimum setbacks of the reconfigured parcels. DECISIONAL CRITERIA City staff has determined the BLA meets decisional criteria set forth in Federal Way Revised Code (FWRC) Chapter 18.10: L The BLA is a minor alteration in the location of lot boundaries on existing lots.
