Changes to Permitted Uses
* Hotel: remove acreage limitation (5 acres) and allow as a
primary use on the entire site.
Warehousing and distributing: remove limitation (z5%) and
allow as a primary use on the entire site.

1o:oo pm)
Limitation to apply only to the Regional Commercial
Recreation Facility uses.
Other uses not subject to this limitation, but limited by
citywide noise regulations.
