➢T-Mobile West LLC seeks to continue leasing a portion of
property located at Lakota Park & BPA/Twin Lakes for the
operation of certain equipment for use in connection with its
wireless communication services.
The City has had site lease agreements in place with T-Mobile
West LLC (formerly Voicestream PCS I II) for these locations
since z000 & 2003.

Revenue to the City will be $3603.97 per month for Lakota
Park and $3745.97 per month for BPA/Twin Lakes. Each
agreement has an annual rent increase of 4%.
� There is no cost to the City.
➢These agreements are substantially similar to other site lease
agreements currently in effect with other companies. (Dish
(1), Verizon (1), New Cingular (3))
