Hello
The review for process III is 120 days. I do not understand why we get only 14 days to respond to the
concurrency report which is 100's of pages long. We should at least be given the same amount of time for
response. My traffic Engineer, bill Popp is on vacation. I am not qualified to respond accurately to this report.
I plead for an extension of time to produce supportive documents.
The mitigation requested involves several improvements on SR 99. This is a state highway and is funded for
improvements by the DOT. We should not be asked to make improvements to state funded roads,
. I request that we be given time to properly analyze the concurrency report.
Sincerely'
Alexander G. Sasonoff

Hello,
I have received your letter dated 12/28/07. I need to confirm that you are aware (written in your determination
letter) that you need to submit additional information within 14 days from 20th December that is 3rd Jan. C and
D is different because C says if you submit your supportive documents staff will review and see if they would
agree and D says to appeal in SEPA.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Thanks

I spoke with the Assistant City Manager on the overall revised submittal process on the Concurrency permit for Rivera
Office Building. Due to holiday constraints, he is allowing an exception using authority outlined in FWCC Section 19-153 to
grant your client another 14 calendar days to assemble trip generation data for similar properties. Thus, your new deadline
for submittal of site -specific data is January 24, 2008.
You should also know that Planning has a similar issue with the number of parking spaces and will be requesting a parking
study. Thus, it may behoove your client to study both trip generation and parking rates at the same sites simultaneously.

Thanks Rick,
You indicated City is working on a TIF right now rather than the pro-rata
share format. Any idea when that may replace the current fee format?
Thanks

Under options, it appears that items C & D are basically the
same, That is they both offer an appeal process. The owner wishes
to appeal and is having Bill Popp Jr. review the concurrency
report and prepare an annalysis.
