THE FLOORS MAY BE OCCUPIED DURING CONSTRUCTION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT ALL PERSONNEL AND VISITORS TO THE SITE FROM HARM AND INJURY. BARRIERS SHALL BE INSTALLED AS REQUIRE TO PROTECT EQUIPMENT INSTALLED DURING CONSTRUCTION. EXISTING WORK DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF WORK DONE UNDER THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE REPAIRED TO ORIGINAL CONDITION AND FINISHED TO MATCH ADJACENT FINISHES, SUBJECT TO OWNERS OR ARCHITECT'S APPROVAL, AND AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO OWNER.. FIRE/LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS ARE TO BE CONTINUOUSLY MAINTAINED DURING CONSTRUCTION. INSTALLATION OF MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS WILL REQUIRE OPENING OF SOME EXISTING WALLS, CEILING OR FLOOR CAVITIES.
