Our records indicate that shoreline and building permits were not obtained for the above referenced improvements. If that is incorrect, please provide us with evidence to that effect and we will update our records. Waterfront improvements of this kind typically require permits because of ecological and safety concerns. With proper permitting, shoreline projects can be carefully designed for minimum impact to the ecological function of the shoreline.
