On behalf of Federal Way Campus, LLC, ESM Consulting Engineers is respectfully
requesting to withdraw the previously submitted Shoreline Substantial Development
Permit (SSDP) application. After a redelineation and survey of the shoreline of North Lake,
it appears that the frontage improvements on Weyerhaeuser Way S are no longer within
the 200’ Shoreline jurisdiction; therefore, no SSDP is required. Please forward a refund
of all unused fees to the applicant.
