Hi Isaac,
We have been contracted by AT&T to remove two trees that may cause damage to their equipment on SW Dash Point
Road. I called a couple of weeks ago to find out if permits were required. I was informed no permits were required,
however due to the location we needed city permission to remove them. I have attached pictures of the trees to be
removed and a letter from Tree Recyclers stating their opinion regarding the trees.
One tree is fairly small, the other is a mature size. During the last storm a fallen tree caused some damage to the
equipment. The trees they would like removed are not healthy and are likely to damage the equipment if they fall.
Tree Location
The address of the site is 2629 SW 308th St. however it is accessed from SW Dash point Raod.

The two Maple trees above your client's electronic equipment platform on
Dash Point Road just above the treatment plant represent a threat to the
equipment and to the road. They lost some branches in the last storm, one
branch is still hanging. For better security of your client's equipment and
the power lines that run down the road, these trees should be removed.
