Attached for your review is the Transportation Concurrency Analysis for the subject
project, consisting of seven single family lots. Traffic division staff has made the
following determinations:
1. All ,intersections impacted by one or more Weekday evening peak hour trips from
the proposed development would meet the City of Federal Way LOS standards
with programmed improvements.
2. Pay a pro-rata share contribution in the amount of $12,346 toward the impacted
TIP projects prior to the recording of final plat.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of this letter to inform us which of the
following options you will pursue in response. If you fail to respond to this letter within
14 days of the date of this letter, your project will not be approved. Please indicate
with a checkmark in the appropriate box of your decision, sign, and date this letter in
the space below, and return a copy to us. If you are providing additional information
under Options 8 or C below, these submittals are also due within 14 calendar days from
the date of this letter.
Once we'' have reached agreement on the subject project, we will issue a Capacity
Reserve Certificate, allowing your project to proceed with other applicable permit
processes.
