Traffic division staff has made the following determinations: 1. All ,intersections impacted by one or more Weekday evening peak hour trips from the proposed development would meet the City of Federal Way LOS standards with programmed improvements. 2. Pay a pro-rata share contribution in the amount of $12,346 toward the impacted TIP projects prior to the recording of final plat.
