This permit shall not be finaled until all other permits have been closed out/passed final inspections,
mechanical, plumbing, electrical and Fire permits,
this permit is the CO permit for the space and the certificate of occupancy cannot be issued until all other
permits have been finaled
A separate permit is required for the fixed suppression system for the new hood.
Sprinkler and fire alarm modifications (if needed) will also require a separate permit.
All permits are obtained through the City of Federal Way.
