Hull Electric and Service was contracted to evaluate the electrical system of Suite A.
located at 918 S 348th St Federal Way, WA 98003. This letter is prepared by Neill Hull.
have looked over suite A for electrical issues as per NEC, WAC/RCW. I have found no
evedice of the electrical system being altered other than for what appears to be a
tenant vacating Suite A. The suite looks to be in the middle of a new coat of paint. I have
used an ohm meter on each circuit to ground as well as each feeder in panel A. I have
found no shorts to ground. Breaker and feeder lugs are secure. I have opened ceiling
tiles in each room and see nothing has been disturbed or recently installed. I have
looked over the service; there is a main breaker at meter that looks to be in working
order with no faults to ground. The only violation I had found was a piece of NM cable
after previous tenant removed dishwasher. I have removed the NM cable and closed
junction box. I find that PSE is safe to energize panel A. Once this is done I will check
voltage at main disconnect and panel A. Check that GFCI outlets are functioning
properly. Also lights and outlets are in good working order. We value this project at
$600 for evaluation of suite A. City of Federal Way permit #24-100178-00.
